If you are not entirely satisfied upon receipt of your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Please include an image of your plant (including the vase) and let us know what the issue is. Should your plant become “sick” within 2 weeks of purchase, please send us an image of the plant (including the vase) and describe the issue. We will evaluate the situation and at our discretion, send you a new plant if necessary or accept a return. Please note that care instructions must be strictly followed and no plants will be replaced or refunded after 2 weeks of purchase.
