HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I PUT IN THE VASE?

You only want to cover the roots with water, and not the bulb or the green stem at all. A good rule of thumb is to cover three-quarters of the roots with water. UNLESS you have an areca bamboo or heart-leaf philodendron, in which case you can fill the entire vase with water.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. In Cape Town, we have a driver that delivers on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and we dispatch any other orders with a courier. We will always send you delivery and/or tracking details.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND THE PLANTS TO ANOTHER CITY?

Yes! we can safely delivery anywhere in SA and your plant will arrive healthy and strong. We send our plants with a courier, so make sure you open the box as soon as possible and add the plants to water.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have 48 hours to notify us if you are unhappy with your purchase. Should your plant become “sick” within 10 days of purchase, please send us an image of the plant (including the vase) and describe the issue. We will evaluate the situation and at our discretion, send you a new plant if necessary or accept a return. Please note that care instructions must be strictly followed and no plants will be replaced or refunded after 10 days of purchase.

WHY ARE MY LEAVES TURNING YELLOW?

This is usually because the plant is getting too much water. Check your water level and make sure only three-quarters of the roots are covered with water. Also make sure the plant is not in direct sunlight.

CAN I SEND A PLANT AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! Leave a message in the space provided at checkout and we'll write it on a beautiful gift tag for you.

CAN I COME AND SEE THE PLANTS BEFORE I BUY?

You can pop in to one of our stockists to see the plants and choose before you buy. Click on the "stockists" tab on our website to find a retailer close to you.
